I made the most delicious cheesecake for Thanksgiving this year. I found the recipe here.
It wasn't super hard, but did take planning ahead. The Godiva chocolate they recommend was a little out of my price range, so I used Cadbury dark chocolate instead which worked perfectly.
This cheesecake is delicious, but it is rich, so make sure you have a lot of people to share with...or you may end up gaining 10 lbs in 1 week trying to finish it off.
