Primary song birthday cards (FREE template)

Looking for an easy, homemade birthday card for kids?  I love these Primary song birthday cards!  They are easy, and you can't help but smile when you read them.

To make the card, use 1/2 a sheet of white cardstock folded in half.  Then print each message out on colored cardstock, and cut to size.
(I cut it to be 4" wide so there was a little white edge on each side.)

Cut a patterned sheet of paper or cardstock for the top, and add a birthday sticker or die cut!

The "You've had a birthday shout HOORAY" free printable can be found HERE.

  1. Great Idea! Thanks so much for the add, following you back!

  2. Hi Jessica,

What a novel idea. The cards are so cute. I found and am following you through Bloggeritaville and hope to visit often. Please stop by my blog and perhaps you could follow me also. I would really like that. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Chris
